The creators of Seattle2PT have launched Jefferson County 2.0 beta!
With the success of Seattle2PT bringing our community together, we would like to help support the rest of the campaigns in our community by providing a social network platform and the tools needed to run a successful campaign.
In this environment, people can login and voice their support for a particular campaign, volunteer their time or stay connected and up-to-date.
Currently in beta, we are open to suggestions as which tools you may need and or campaigns you would like to have added to the site. Login and check it out!

I am with Senator Pflhug. For economic, practical and obvious reasons, DOT should invest in at least one of the old steel electrics, the Illahee, which even the Coast Guard attested “may not require that much work”.
We would have a boat that is able to do the run for less than $10 million and we would have it within a few months.
It appears very political and greedy when DOT and others push so hard and fast to scrap these ferries without even doing an inspection and getting an estimate of what it might take to repair them as a mid term practical solution.
